Blake Edwards & Daniel Wenig Obtain Dismissal for Auto Service Co.

In January 2023, Blake Edwards and Daniel Wenig obtained a dismissal of all claims in Fayette Circuit Court on behalf of an automotive service facility that was sued for property damage.  Plaintiff alleged that Defendant neglected to change her vehicle’s oil as requested, which caused it to break down.  Mr. Edwards and Mr. Wenig argued that the subject vehicle’s pre-existing issues caused it to break down, and that Plaintiff had failed to present any evidence Defendant breached any duty of care to her.  Plaintiff was not able to refute these arguments, and promptly agreed to dismiss all claims against Defendant.
