RECEPTIONIST

Schiller Barnes Maloney is currently seeking a part-time receptionist whose job duties include all functions related to receiving calls, clients, vendors and deliveries and directs them to appropriate individual(s) within the firm according to established policies and procedures. A qualified candidate will maintain contact with attorneys, staff and clients, and adhere to strict confidentiality of client and firm matters.

Hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST, on Mondays and Fridays. All interested candidates should forward a current resume, list of references, and any wage or other requirements to recruiter@sbmkylaw.com.

ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY – Civil Defense Litigation

Schiller Barnes Maloney is a mid-sized, established Louisville law firm with an emphasis on civil defense litigation with an opening for an associate attorney with 1-2+ years of litigation experience. The area of concentration for this position is construction litigation. Strong writing/analytical skills, and attention to detail are a must. Regular travel throughout Kentucky and southern Indiana to appear at court hearings, depositions, etc. is required. Direct experience with tort and contract based civil litigation is a plus. Licensure in both Kentucky and Indiana is desired, but not required.
