About Zachary Sosnovich

Zachary M. Sosnovich joined Barnes Maloney PLLC in April 2024 as an associate attorney. His practice areas include commercial and residential property damage litigation, automobile and trucking negligence, bad faith and insurance coverage issues, governmental liability and construction defect litigation. Zach grew up in New Jersey before attending Centre College in Kentucky, where he received his B.A. in History and Government in 2013.  He went on to earn a J.D. from the University of Kentucky Rosenberg College of Law in 2018.  During law school, Zach served as a note’s editor on the Kentucky Journal for Equine, Agriculture and Natural Resource Law.  Before joining Barnes Maloney, Zach worked for a Louisville-based insurance and medical-malpractice defense firm where he practiced in courts throughout Kentucky.

In his free time, Zach enjoys spending time with his wife, cooking, traveling and playing as much golf as possible.
