Deanna Tucker & Matthew Londergan Obtain Defense Verdict – 2019

In October 2019, Deanna M. Marzian Tucker and Matthew Londergan successfully obtained a defense verdict at trial for their clients, a local restoration company and its employee.  The Plaintiff claimed that the employee backed into her car while driving a van owned by his employer.  The Defendants denied an accident occurred.  The Plaintiff alleged a rotator cuff tear from bracing for the alleged impact.  The jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the Defendants, finding no liability. The Jefferson Circuit Court entered a judgment in favor of the Defendants.
