About Richard P. Schiller
Richard P. Schiller founded Schiller Barnes Maloney PLLC in 1986 after practicing for five years. Before that, he attended Hanover College for his undergraduate degree and the University of Louisville School of Law. After graduating, he immediately began the practice of trial law under the mentorship of two senior trial lawyers who were outstanding specialists in the area of jury trials. Richard has tried to verdict over 150 cases throughout the State and Federal Courts in Kentucky, as well as occasional trials in Tennessee, Mississippi and Indiana.
Richard is a member of the American College of Trial Attorneys and the Kentucky Justice Association, and he is licensed to practice before all State and Federal Trial and Appellate Courts in Kentucky.
Richard and his wife have four adult daughters, five grandchildren, and two dogs.
